About our fees and your insurance
Payment, including insurance co-payment, is expected at time of service. We accept most insurance plans. If you belong to an HMO, please be familiar with their referral policy. We need a 72-hour notice to process referrals, forms and certificates; we cannot authorize referrals after your appointment. We'll help to arrange any tests or referrals with specialists outside our office.
Emergencies during regular hours
Call the office at 8:30am if you need to be seen the same day for an emergency.
Emergencies after hours
Call Allentown Family Practice at 610-776-4888. Our doctor on-call will contact you to determine whether an emergency visit is required. In life-threatening emergencies always call 911.
Our office provides bilingual services:
For your convenience, our office provides a translator for Spanish-speaking patients. If you choose to do so, a family member or friend may accompany any patient who does not speak English.
